I created this simply, low fat soup recipe for a family member who was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis so needs to watch their fat consumption. I made sure it was packed with nutritional ingredients while being filling and a good source of protein. This is the perfect low-fat warming meal for anyone and perfect served with warm, fresh bread.
