Cinnamon Plum & Apple Crumble Slices

Cooking mode

- 100g oat flour
- 100g almond flour or ground almonds
- 50g coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp tahini or nut butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
For the fruit
- 2 apples, diced
- 4 plums, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C and grease and line a 20cm loose bottomed tin.

Place the base and topping ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and pulse until the mixture is a crumble mixture that comes together.

Tip ¾ of this into the tin and press down with your hands.

Place the fruit, sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon water in a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes until softened. Leave to cool for 10 minutes then spread over the base in an even layer (if you have too much, save it!).

Crumble the rest of the mixture on top and sprinkle over an extra tablespoon or two of coconut sugar over the top. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and firm then leave to cool.

Remove from the tin, slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
