- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 large Onion, sliced finely
- 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2 large Carrots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 6 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Red Peppers, deseeded and cubed
- Pinch of Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp dry Oregano
- 700ml Vegetable Stock
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1
Put all the ingredients into the soup maker, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.
