This Air fried Cauliflower smothered in hot sauce and garlic makes a delicious side or snack.

Cooking mode

  • 1 small head Cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce, around 125g (Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo)
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Granules
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spray Oil

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Heat air fryer to 190 C.

  • Step 2

    Combine Cauliflower with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Spray Air fryer basket and add Cauliflower in a single layer.

  • Step 4

    Bake Cauliflower for 12 – 15 minutes.
