This creamy Chicken Noodle Soup with Veg is hearty, comforting, healthy and delicious. It also freezes well for up to a month!

- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1 large Carrot, cut into rounds
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp dry Oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1.3l Chicken Stock
- 1 medium Potato, peeled and diced
- 250ml Milk
- 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 6 nests dry Egg Noodles

Step 1
Put all the ingredients bar the chicken and noodles into the soup maker, and press the ‘chunky soup’ function. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.

Prepare noodles according to pack instructions.

Add a nest of noodles to a bowl, along with some shredded chicken. Pour over some soup. Continue with remaining bowls. Enjoy!
