Jaffa Cake Orange Brownies
The mostly deliciously, and gooey brownies you will ever taste. They are packed with zesty orange flavour. Each square has a bite of a Jaffa cake. A must for any chocolate and Jaffa cake lover!

- 200g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 25g cocoa powder
- 1 zest from orange
- vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 160g oat flour
- 12 Jaffa cakes

Step 1
Place a pan at low heat and melt the butter and break the dark chocolate into piece and add it to the butter and stir frequently so they both melt.

Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System along with the dough blade, add the beaten eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, orange zest, vanilla extra and salt.

Select low for 60 seconds and allow the ingredients to mix together.

Pour the melted butter and dark chocolate in the Ninja bowl along with the oat flour and select low for approximately 30 seconds to form the brownie batter.

Pre-heat your Ninja Flip oven by setting it to bake, at 180c degree for 25 minutes.

Line a deep 20cm square tin with greaseproof paper and pour half of the batter in the tray and shake the tray to level it out the add 12 Jaffa cakes over the batter then pour the rest of the batter over the Jaffa cakes and give the tin a shake to even the batter out.

Bake the brownies for approximately 25-30 minutes.
