Air Fryer Sausage rolls are so easy to make! With few ingredients these simple sausage rolls are delicious.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 375g Puff Pastry
  • 400g Sausage Meat
  • 1 small Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • A pinch Chilli Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Egg, whisked

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Roll out Pastry and cut in half lengthways.

  • Step 2

    Combine Sausage meat with Garlic, Cumin, Chilli Flakes, Salt and Pepper in a bowl and mix together.

  • Step 3

    Spread sausage meat across the top of both pieces of pastry, leaving a 1 cm edge. Roll pastry around sausage meat and press together tightly. Brush with Egg wash.

  • Step 4

    Cut each pastry roll into 8 pieces. Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes until golden.
