BBQ Pulled Beef

This delicious pulled beef is incredibly hearty and full of flavour! Make it one day in advance to really let the flavours develop! Some things really are nicer the next day 

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1kg cubed beef chuck
  • 100ml beef / chicken / veg stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

To serve

  • Taco shells
  • Fresh lime

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to the Ninja Foodi MAX 9-in-1 Multi-Cooker. Set pressure to HI for 1 Hour

  • Step 2

    Quick release pressure. Shred meat – it should fall apart easily. If needed turn on sauté to reduce sauce until thick & sticky!

  • Step 3

    Serve with taco shells and fresh lime juice!
