Chilli and Parsley Salmon fillets, with crispy skin, created in the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 salmon fillets
- Chilli flakes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Fresh/dried parsley
- Butter lettuce
- Tomatoes of different colours
- Cucumber
- Sweet red pepper
- Parmesan
- Salad dressing of choice
Utensils

Step 1
Take two salmon fillets and coat in good quality extra virgin olive oil using pastry brush

Step 2
Season with sea salt on both sides

Step 3
Heat up Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill and Air Fryer, and pre-set to the FISH MED-WELL setting, using the Digital Cooking Probe

Step 4
Once ready to cook, open up the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill and Air Fryer and place both salmon fillets skin side down on the Grill

Step 5
Coat the flesh side in parsley and chilli flakes to taste

Step 6
Close the lid of the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill and Air Fryer and leave to cook. (Important – Don’t flip when it tells you to flip the fish… This will ensure the salmon skin is crispy when you take it out)

Step 7
Serve with a big fresh butter lettuce salad, tomatoes of different colours, cucumber, sweet red pepper, a dressing of your choice and a little parmesan
