A simple spin on the Indian classic!
This onion bhaji recipe is easy to make, the perfect accompaniment to your favourite curry!

- 1 finely sliced onion
- 100g flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml water
- To taste salt and pepper

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Slowly add the water until it’s a thick smooth consistency

Place in the fridge for around 1 hour

Thinly chop the onions into slices and soak in cold water

Once the hour is up, drain the onions well, add to the mixture and mix

Take enough onions to make a ball that fits in the palm of your hands and put into the Cook & Crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker

Set the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker to the air crisp setting at 200 degrees and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like them
