Matcha & Lime Sorbet with Chia Seeds

- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 400ml coconut milk
- 50g agave syrup
- 1 Juice from lime
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, for mix-in

Step 1
Whisk matcha powder in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of the coconut milk. While whisking, pour in remaining coconut milk until fully combined. Stir in agave syrup and lime juice.

Pour mixture into the tub, place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid. Place pint in outer bowl, install Bloc Paddle into outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

Once processing is complete, use a spoon to create a 4cm-wide hole that reaches the bottom of the tub. Add the chia seeds to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.

Once processing is complete, remove the sorbet from tub and serve immediately.

Tip: Serve with a pinch of chia seeds sprinkled on top.
