Cooking mode

- 2 ripe bananas
- 180g buckwheat flour
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 100ml non dairy milk
- A pinch pink salt
- For cooking coconut oil
- Your choice fresh fruit to top

Step 1
Pop all of the ingredients into your Ninja blender and blitz everything up to create your pancake batter

Heat a little coconut in a frying pan over a medium heat and once the pan is nice and hot, pour a little of the batter into the pan

Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip over and cook on the other side

Repeat this process until all of the mixture is used up. Then, stack up your pancakes and decorate with some fresh fruit and other toppings of choice
