Cooking mode

- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla flavour
- 4 eggs (medium)
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 pack baking soda
- 2oz cacao powder
- Handful chocolate glazed coffee beans
- 3/4 cup chocolate glaze

Step 1
Cook the coffee and let it cool completely. Combine the butter, sugar and vanilla flavour with a mixing device. Add eggs.

Mix flour and baking soda together in a bowl. Add cacao powder.

Alternately add flour mixture and cold coffee to the dough. Mix all together till combined.

Step 4
Pour dough into a ring cake baking tin and place the tin in the pot of the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker. Select BAKE and set temperature to 170 degrees and time to 40 minutes.

Set aside to cool once the time is over.
