Moroccan Chicken

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2-3 white onion
  • 1/2 pickled lemon
  • Handful green olives
  • 10 strings of saffron
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Turn on the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker Max and set to SEAR/SAUTE to roast the chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil on both sides in the pot.

  • Step 2

    Chop the herbs, the onions and the garlic and add it to the pot for 5 more minutes.

  • Step 3

    Add all the spices and the pickled lemon. Set to PRESSURE cook for 40 minutes on HIGH.

  • Step 4

    After 40 minutes remove the pressure lid and select AIR FRY and set time to 30 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Serve with fries and bread.
