Potato Soup
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1L vegetable stock
- 1 stem leek
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 celery root
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
- marjoram
- parsley
Utensils

Step 1
Peel and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Select SEAR/SAUTE and set to MD:HI. Select START/STOP to brown the veggies for 3-5 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable stock.

Step 2
Add the spices to suit. Use the pressure lid and make sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position. Select pressure, set to HI and time to 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin.

Step 3
When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure.
