Spicy Chicken Wings

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 550g bone-in-chicken wings, halved at the knuckle
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 tbsp runny honey
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp hot paprika
  • 1 tsp lovage
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Mix oil, spices, and herbs in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and mix to coat in the flavours, then cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.

  • Step 2

    Insert grill plate in the unit. Place the crisper basket on the grill plate and close lid. Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

  • Step 3

    When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, spread out chicken wings on the crisper basket evenly ensuring they are not touching each other. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Cooking is complete once chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75˚C. Serve immediately with celery stalks and your favourite dip.
