Chicken Wings

Spicy finger licking chicken wings made with a spiced yoghurt marinade.

Ingredients

  • 200g plain Yoghurt
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 inch ginger crushed
  • 2 tbsp lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cardamom
  • 1 tsp garam masala Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground black Pepper

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Insert air fryer basket into unit and close lid 

  • Step 2

    Select Air Fry at 200 C. 

  • Step 3

    Set timer for 20 minutes. Add chicken wings and turn every 5 minutes to ensure that they do not burn. 

  • Step 4

    Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl and whisk together. 

  • Step 5

    Toss the wings in the marinade. 

  • Step 6

    Add wings back into the air fryer on grill mode at 260 C for 1 – 2 minutes.
