Guacamole
You can make this Guacamole smooth or chunky depending on your personal preference. You can also add small chunks of Tomato if you like too.

- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 medium Onion, chopped (Red or White)
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled
- 5 slices Jalapeno or pinch Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- 3 large ripe Avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 chopped tomatoes

Step 1
Place Coriander, Onion, Lime Juice, Garlic, Jalapeño and Salt in the Blender.

Step 2
Blend for 1 – 2 minutes until coarsely blended.

Add avocados and pulse a few times scraping down the sides in-between. Remove to a large bowl and serve with chopped tomatoes.
