Cooking mode

For the smoothie bowl
- 2 medium bananas (chopped and frozen)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
For the toppings
- Desiccated coconut
- Edible glitter
- Christmas chocolates (these reindeer truffles were from Asda)
- Fruit twists
- Vegan marshmallows
- Dark chocolate chips
- Dried apricot (for snowman’s nose)
Utensils

Step 1
Melt some of the dark chocolate chips and paint twig-like arms onto baking paper – put these in the freezer to solidify.

Step 2
Place three vegan marshmallows on to a cocktail stick.

Use the remaining melted chocolate to paint the snowman’s face and to stick on three dark chocolate chip buttons, and the apricot nose.

Step 4
Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into the Power Nutri Jug (take out one banana to fit the Power Nutri Bowl) and blend.

Scoop into your favourite bowl.

Sprinkle the desiccated coconut over the bowl – sprinkle more for a heavier snow fall!

Sprinkle the edible glitter over too.

Place your Christmas chocolates and fruit twists onto the snowy bowl.

Take the chocolate twig-like arms out of the freezer and stick them into the middle marshmallow and put him on your smoothie bowl!
