Pomegranate & Strawberry Sorbet
NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.

- 225ml pomegranate juice
- 50g caster sugar
- 250g fresh strawberries, hulled

Step 1
Heat pomegranate juice and sugar in a small saucepan over low–medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for 3–4 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Place strawberries into a blender with the pomegranate mixture and whizz until smooth.

Pour strawberry mixture through a sieve into the empty tub. Discard any strawberry seeds left in sieve. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
