When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 200g Chickpeas (drained)
- 40g Pickled beetroot (drained)
- 1 Shallot - diced
- 20g Vegan breadcrumbs
- 1 Garlic cloves
- ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander - freshly chopped
- To taste Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined but with small chunks left still

Insert grill plate in unit and close lid. Select GRILL, set temperature to HIGH, and set time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating

While unit is preheating, divide chickpea mix into four equal parts and form into mini loafs around the skewers

When unit beeps to signify it has preheated, spray the grill plate with cooking spray and add the koftas. Close lid to begin cooking

After 5 minutes flip the koftas to achieve grill marks on both sides. Close lid to continue cooking

Serve immediately with salad or grilled vegetables
