Gnocchi with Walnuts & Sage Butter

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 300g Gnocchi
- 10g Freshly grated hard cheese
- 20g Walnuts
- 30g Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 Sage leaves - julienne cut
- 1 Garlic clove - minced
- To taste Salt and pepper

Step 1
Use cooking pot without grill plate or crisper basket installed. Close the lid. Select ROAST, set the temperature to 180°C and set time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP to being preheating

Step 2
Once unit beeps to signify it has preheated, add the oil and gnocchi. Close lid to begin

Step 3
When there is 5 minutes left on the timer, open lid and add butter, walnuts, garlic, sage and season with salt and pepper. Stir and close lid to continue cooking

When cooking is complete, stir in hard cheese and lemon juice. Serve immediately
