Chicken Sticks

These are a family favourite. We always have a stash in the freezer to snack on. Remove the
sticks and you can use them in sandwiches, wraps and even salads.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 125g Evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp crushed Green chilli paste, or 2 Green Chillies crushed (Optional)
  • Small handful Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • 500g chicken breast cut into medium chunks
  • 1 Egg, whisked in a bowl
  • 80g Breadcrumbs
  • Spray Oil

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add the Evaporated Milk, Green Chillies, Coriander, Cumin Powder, Coriander, Powder, Red Chilli
    Powder and Salt to a blender and blend till smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add to a ziplock bag or large bowl along with the Chicken and marinade overnight.

  • Step 3

    Skewer the chicken chunks onto small cocktail sticks. 1 – 2 chunks per stick.

  • Step 4

    Dip the sticks one at at time in the egg and then coat in breadcrumbs.

  • Step 5

    Spray thoroughly with the cooking oil.

  • Step 6

    Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 C.

  • Step 7

    Cook the Chicken sticks in batches for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked
    through and crispy and golden on the outside.
