Cooking mode

- 150g dates, soaked in boiling water then drained
- 4 tbso peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Utensils

Step 1
Place the dates, peanut butter, syrup and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and blend well until a thick slightly chunky texture has formed.

Mix in the oats, apple, seeds and cinnamon until the mixture comes together.

Spread into a greased and lined 20cm round tin and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm. Leave to cool, then cut into 8 slices and enjoy.
