No Bake Cookie Dough Chocolate Balls

Cooking mode

For the cookie dough middle
- 40g oat flour
- 20g ground almonds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp smooth nut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp oat or almond milk
- 50g dark chocolate chips
For the chocolate cookie
- 100g oat flour
- 50g ground almonds
- 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 30g cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp smooth nut butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp oat or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Melted dark chocolate, to decorate

Step 1
First make the middle cookie dough: Blend all of the ingredients together in your Ninja Kitchen food processor until the mixture comes together and divide into 8 pieces and roll into balls.

Step 2
Next do the same with the chocolate cookie mixture. Divide into 8 pieces then for each one, wrap around a cookie dough ball.

Step 3
Place on a wire rack, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour – then enjoy!
