Berry Bliss Balls

Made in minutes, these bliss balls are berry heaven with a lovely hint of coconut. Roll up a batch, and they’re the perfect snacks for your week ahead. Completely vegan, share these amongst friends and family and they’ll be seriously impressed!

Utensils required


  • 150g oats
  • 30g desiccated coconut
  • 100g frozen rasberries
  • 60ml coconut oil (melted)
  • 50ml maple syrup

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to your Ninja Blender, and blitz until combined

  • Step 2

    Roll into approximately 10-12 balls

  • Step 3

    Optional – roll half or all of the balls in some more desiccated coconut

  • Step 4

    Place balls in fridge for 30 minutes to firm up, and enjoy!
