Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • A pinch of fenugreek leaves
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 115ml double cream
  • Chopped coriander

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients into the Ninja Foodi Multicooker apart from the cream, garam masala and chopped coriander.

  • Step 2

    Stir thoroughly.

  • Step 3

    Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the valve is set to seal. Select pressure and set to high.

  • Step 4

    Set time to 5 minutes. Press start button.

  • Step 5

    When complete, quick release the pressure by carefully moving the release valve to vent.

  • Step 6

    Carefully remove chicken from the pot and blend the curry using a stick blender.

  • Step 7

    Add the chicken back in. Select saute and set to high. Press start and add the double cream.

  • Step 8

    Simmer for 2 minutes.

  • Step 9

    Garnish with Coriander and serve with rice, naan or roti.
