Oreo Cake Bites
A simple, fun Oreo cookie recipe that you can make along with children. A simply vanilla sponge cake loaded with crushed Oreo pieces, the cake is then drizzled with chocolate spread. This recipe was made in a thin baking tray, if you make it thicker, increase baking time.

- 100g self-raising flour
- 100g white sugar
- 100g cake butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 oreo cookies
- 2 beaten eggs
- 50g chocolate spread
Utensils

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 170°F/340°.

Step 2
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen food processor along with the dough blade, add the white sugar and butter and select low for approximately 10 seconds to combine both ingredients.

Add the vanilla extract, beaten eggs and flour and repeat by selecting low for 10-20 seconds.

Crush 7 Oreos and add them to the batter, select low for 10 seconds to combine the crushed oreos with the batter.

Line a tray with greaseproof paper, pour the batter directly in the tray, crush the other 3 oreos and sprinkle them over the batter.

Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Pierce the cake to make sure it has bake through and allow it to cool.

Melt chocolate and drizzle over the cake and slice.
