Blueberry Bagel
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 plain or cinnamon bagel, cut in half horizontally
- 50-75g mascarpone cheese
- 2 tsp honey, plus more for topping as desired
- 40g fresh blueberries, divided
- 5-7 basil leaves, divided
- Icing sugar to dust
Utensils

Step 1
Flip unit up to vertical position. Select BAGEL.

Place bagel in slot with cut side facing forward.

Adjust the shade level to desired doneness. When cooking is complete, remove bagel.

In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone and honey until evenly combined. Spread over toasted bagel halves, then sprinkle with blueberries and basil leaves. Top with additional honey and icing sugar if desired. Serve immediately.
