One Pot Potato kohlrabi minced meat

- 1 onion
- 2 medium kohlrabies
- 300 g waxy potato
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g ground beef
- NADA salt pepper
- 400 ml broth
- 4 stalk(s) curly parsley
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp paprika powder

Step 1
Peel and finely chop onion. Peel potatoes and kohlrabi and cut into 1 cm cubes.

Peel and finely chop onion. Peel potatoes and kohlrabi and cut into 1 cm cubes.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Deglaze with broth and simmer until vegetables are cooked. 15-20 minutes. Chop parsley. Stir in cream and mix in parsley
