Apple Pie Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hazelnut flakes
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (ground)
  • 500 ml oat milk
  • Salt
  • 60 g oat flakes fine leaf

Method

  • Step 1

    Roast hazelnut flakes in the Ninja ZEROSTICK pan without fat until golden brown, remove from pan.

  • Step 2

    Peel, core and dice apples. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, raisins and cinnamon to pan, simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Cook oatmeal with oat milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min. Serve with the apple compote and hazelnut flakes, or sprinkle some more pomegranate seeds on top
