Cooking mode

- 1 small shallot, quartered
- 4 small cornichons
- 1 tbsp cornichon brine
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Pepper, as desired
- 150g mayonnaise, divided
Utensils

Step 1
Install blade into the chopper bowl.

Place shallot, cornichons, capers, parsley, pepper and 50g of mayonnaise into the chopper in the order listed.

Step 3
Assemble the power base onto the chopper lid then assemble the lid to the chopper.

Step 4
Press and hold the power button and process until combined about 30 seconds.

Step 5
Remove lid and blade, stir in remaining mayonnaise and place into storing container.
