Air Fryer Prawns
Air fryer prawns make great finger food but are also equally great served in a wrap.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 35g Plain Flour
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 35g Breadcrumbs
- 30g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 300g Prawns, shelled
- Cooking spray
Utensils

Step 1
Combine flour with 1/2 tsp Garlic, 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp Cayenne and 1/4 tsp Salt in a bowl.

Step 2
Combine both breadcrumbs with 1/4 tsp Garlic, 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/4 tsp Cayenne and 1/4 tsp Salt in another bowl.

Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 200C.

Step 4
Toss Prawns in the flour mixture.

Step 5
Then dip individually in egg and then breadcrumbs.

Step 6
Repeat with remaining Prawns.

Step 7
Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Step 8
Add a single layer of Prawns to the air fryer basket.

Step 9
Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 10
Flip the Prawns and spray with more oil.

Step 11
Cook for a further 2 – 3 minutes or until just cooked.

Step 12
Repeat with remaining Prawns.
