Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado (approx. 200g), stone removed
  • 150g fresh blueberries
  • 60g maple syrup
  • 90g almond milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Mash avocado flesh and blueberries together in a bowl until fairly smooth. Stir in maple syrup and almond milk and mix until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Pour mixture into the tub, place storage lid on top and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select ICE CREAM. 

  • Step 5

    Once processing is complete, remove nice cream from tub and serve immediately.
