Biscoff S’mores Frappuccino

Delve into the best of both worlds when Biscoff meets S’mores for this amazing delicious Biscoff S’mores Frappuccino. Made with vegan-friendly ingredients this makes a fun treat all year round.

If no time to chill coffee add extra 15g ice before second blend.

Cooking mode

For the frappuccino

  • 150ml milk of choice, plant-based works well
  • 60ml strong espresso, chilled
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 toasted vegan marshmallows
  • 10g dark chocolate chips (or 1 tsp cocoa powder)
  • 130g ice

To serve

  • Agave nectar or Biscoff spread
  • Crushed and whole Biscoff biscuits
  • Plant based whipped cream
  • Toasted vegan marshmallows
  • Dark chocolate Chips or grated chocolate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Take a highball glass and dip the rim in agave nectar or Biscoff spread then dip and gently roll in a plate of crushed Biscoff crumbs. Set glass to one side.

  • Step 2

    Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

  • Step 3

    Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed, except for the ice. Secure the lid back on the vessel.

  • Step 4

    To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

  • Step 5

    When blending is complete, open lid and add the ice. Blend again. When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.

  • Step 6

    Transfer to rimmed glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff, chocolate chips and toasted marshmallows. Serve immediately.
