Butternut Squash & Red Onion Dahl
This super simple recipe can be made in only 15 minutes – perfect for a busy week night dinner.
You can even experiment with adding different vegetables and spices to this basic but flavoursome recipe

- 300g butternut squash (peeled, chopped and de-seeded)
- 100g red onion (peeled and chopped)
- 400g red lentils
- 200g sweetcorn
- 200g spinach
- 500ml water
- 2 tsp or 1 small stock cube vegetable stock powder
- 2 tsp medium curry powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Add all of the ingredients, apart from the sweetcorn and spinach, to the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker and stir 
- 
								Step 2Place the Pressure Lid on your Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker. Select ‘pressure’ for 5-8 minutes. Choose 5 minutes for firmer lentils and 8 minutes for a fluffier dahl 
- 
								Step 3Once the dahl is cooked be sure to release the pressure before opening the lid 
- 
								Step 4Stir in the sweetcorn and spinach, which will wilt and cook through with the heat of the dahl 
- 
								Step 5Leave it to cool slightly before serving 
-
