  • 375g carrots (cut into 5cm pieces)
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 200g fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • A pinch ground cloves
  • 560g barista style plant milk

Utensils

  • Step 1

Attach the medium mesh filter to the auger and assemble the unit. Place the juice and pulp jugs in place. Select START/STOP and feed the carrots and ginger into the feed chute, pressing with the tamp as you go along.

  • Step 2

Rinse out the attachments and attach the fine mesh filter to the auger and assemble the unit. Select START/STOP and feed the pineapple into the feed chute, pressing with the tamp as you go along.

  • Step 3

Transfer the juice into a small pan with the remaining ingredients, except for the milk, and place over a low to medium heat. Bring to a simmer then remove from the heat.

  • Step 4

To make the latte use 60-90ml of juice per drink. Then steam 140g milk per person. If you do not have a milk steamer heat in a pan then whisk vigorously. Pour on top of the juice shot then serve immediately with a sprinkle of cinnamon if you wish.

    Notes:

To add a little extra pep to your drink why not add a shot of espresso?
