- 500g carrots, peeled and cut in half
- 2.5cm piece fresh ginger
- 200g fresh pineapple chunks
- 500ml water

Step 1
Place all ingredients into the 2.1l jug in the order listed.

Select HIGH for 30-40 seconds or until smooth.

Strain carrot pulp through a sieve before serving.
