This Celeriac soup is so easy to make. All you need is a blender and a few ingredients and you can make a delicious soup.

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small Onion (roughly chopped)
- ½ leek Leek (roughly chopped)
- 1 stick Celery (roughly chopped)
- 500g Peeled celeriac, cut into 2.5cm pieces
- 1 Pear (peeled and quartered)
- 750ml Hot vegetable/ vegan stock
- 1 heaped tsp Wholegrain mustard
- To taste Salt and pepper

Step 1
Place olive oil, onion, leek and celery into the jug of your Ninja Blender & Soup Maker, secure the lid on the jug and select CHOP

Once the program has completed, select SAUTE

Add celeriac, pear and vegetable stock to the jug, secure the lid on the jug and select SMOOTH SOUP

When SMOOTH SOUP setting is finished, carefully add wholegrain mustard to the jug and pulse very briefly to mix. Add salt and pepper to taste
