Cherry Tomatoes & Garlic Crisped Potatoes

TIP These potatoes are equivalent to the French Rate du Touquet or Grenaille.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1kg small new potatoes, cleaned, black marks removed
  • 7 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 25 (about 225g) cherry tomatoes, rinsed, pierced with sharp knife
  • 1 tsp Fleur de sel, for serving

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat the Foodi Multi-Cooker, Select AIR CRISP, set temperature to 200°C, and set time to 30 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin

  • Step 2

    After 5 minutes, place potatoes, garlic, and oil into a bowl; stir to coat

  • Step 3

    Place potatoes and garlic into the Cook & Crisp™ Basket and place basket into pot

  • Step 4

    After 10 minutes, open lid, then lift basket and shake potatoes or toss them with silicone-tipped tongs. Close lid to resume cooking

  • Step 5

    With 5 minutes left, open lid and add cherry tomatoes to the basket. Close lid to resume cooking, shaking ingredients once halfway through

  • Step 6

    When cooking is complete, sprinkle with Fleur de sel and serve
