A delicious soup recipe to make in your Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker that’s hearty and easy to make.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1kg chicken breast fillets
- 2.5l chicken stock
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 onion finely diced
- 4 large carrots peeled & sliced into 1cm chunks
- 2 celery stalks finely diced
- 250g sliced shitake & oyster mushrooms
- 1 bay leaf
- 2g fresh chopped parsley
- 2g dried thyme
- 0.5g garlic granules
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 juice of lemon
- 150g spaghetti
- Black pepper & salt to taste
- Crusty bread to serve (optional)

Step 1
Turn your Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker on with the metal pot in place and move the slider to slow cook. Select the low setting and set the timer for 4 hours.

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper & garlic granules. Add into the pot.

Add the celery, carrot, onion & garlic into the pot.

Add your chicken stock and stir the contents of the pot.

Then add 1 sprig of rosemary and the dried thyme. Season with salt & pepper.

Close the lid of your Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker.

After 3 hours of cooking, add in the mushrooms.

Taste the broth and season with salt and pepper again and allow to cook for the rest of the cooking time.

Meanwhile cook your pasta as per the cooking instructions and place into bowls. Slice and butter your bread.

Serve your soup with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, pepper & a pinch of fresh parsley.
