Ingredients
- 1lb skinless, boneless Chicken Thighs sliced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
To serve
- Sauces
- Tortillas
- Romaine Lettuce
- Shredded Cabbage
- Red Onion or Pickled Red Onions
- Cheese

Step 1
Combine Chicken Thighs with Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic, Lemon, Cayenne, Oregano and Oil in a bowl and mix till combined.

Set aside for 5 minutes.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 C and place the Chicken in a single layer in the air fryer.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Gently fold Corn Tortillas in half and place in the Air Fryer.

Step 6
Turn the temperature down to 180C.Warm for 4 minutes.

Step 7
Add your favourite toppings to the Tacos, top with Chicken and serve immediately.
