Chilli Garlic Prawns
Plump juicy prawns in a Garlic and Chilli Oil. This is a quick and easy recipe that never fails to impress.

- 16 King Prawns, cleaned
- Salt & Pepper
- 60ml Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves, finely sliced
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Lemon

Step 1
Season the Prawns with Salt and Pepper.

Insert Grill Plate and close lid. Select Grill, set to Max and set time to 5 minutes. Select start.

When the grill is ready, brush the Prawns with oil and place on the grill plate. Turn after 3 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Step 4
On a hob over medium heat, heat oil. in a pan. Once hot, add Garlic slices, Smoked Paprika and Chilli Flakes. Sauté for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes and add the cooked prawns.

Step 5
Remove from heat and squeeze over Lemon Juice.
