A super easy breakfast muffin. This is a recipe that you can get your children involved in the kitchen, they will love it. Each muffin is topped with chocolate pieces, but you can add even More chocolate by adding it to the batter. This recipe makes approximately 10 large muffins.

Step 1
Begin by preheating your oven at 170C degrees.
Step 2
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen along with the dough blade, add the melted cake butter and white sugar, select low for approximately 10-20 seconds to allow the butter and sugar to mix.
Step 3
Now add the eggs, vanilla extract and flour and select low again for approximately 15 seconds to combine the dry and wet ingredients together and form a creamy batter.
Step 4
Using disposable muffin cases, place the muffin cases in a muffin tin, pour the batter evenly in the disposable cases.
Step 5
Sprinkle each muffin with chocolate pieces, and place in the oven.
Step 6
Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of your muffins, if you make smaller muffins, reduce baking time, if you make large muffins, they will take longer to bake.
Step 7
Pierce to check the muffins have baked through.
Step 8
Enjoy.
