Chocolate Tiffin

Cooking mode

  • 150g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 90g golden syrup
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 200g digestive biscuits roughly chopped into small pieces
  • 250g milk chocolate, melted
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g glacé cherries, halved
  • Step 1

    Grease the Ninja Foodi Zerostick 20cm square tin with butter.

  • Step 2

    Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add butter, syrup and cocoa powder. Cook, stirring a few times until smooth and melted, about 5

  • Step 3

    Add chopped biscuits, raisins, and cherries to the pan and mix until well combined.

  • Step 4

    Spoon mixture into the greased square tin and press the mixture down to form the base.

  • Step 5

    Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit base.

  • Step 6

    Allow chocolate to cool slightly, then transfer tiffin to the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 7

    Remove chocolate tiffin from tin, cut into squares, and serve.
