Cinnamon Fried Dumplings

Cooking mode

- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cups lukewarm water
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and add to food processor

Add water gradually and mix until firm dough is formed. This should take 3 minutes

Remove the dough from the food processor and cover with a damp paper towel for 5 minutes

Section the dough into 6-8 equal pieces and roll into dough balls and heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute before placing them in

Fry for 3 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve whilst warm
