Courgette Fries

Light and crispy, these courgette fries are the perfect snack or tapas style plate. Completely free from dairy and eggs, serve up with a yoghurt-based dip and you’ll be transported into fry heaven.

This dish contains the following allergens: Wheat


  • 3 Courgettes (cut into fries)
  • 75g Plain flour
  • 70g Corn starch
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic granules
  • 140g Breadcrumbs (choose flavoured should you wish)
  • 100ml Dairy free milk

  • Step 1

    Start by making the batter. Combine plain flour, corn starch, salt, garlic granules and dairy free milk of choice.

  • Step 2

    Add the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl, and then dip each courgette fry into the batter before coating thoroughly with breadcrumbs

  • Step 3

    Add to your Ninja Foodi Multicooker and cook on the air crisp setting at 200c for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Serve with yoghurt-based dip of choice
