Creamy Mash
This creamy mash makes the perfect side dish to a Sunday roast. A favourite for my family and very easy to make. I use King Edward Potatoes in this recipes, Maris Piper and even Desiree are also great.

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2lb potatoes (I use King Edwards)
- 125ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter (plus more to serve)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 125ml-200ml milk or cream
- 1 tbsp herbs of choice
Utensils

Step 1
Peel Potatoes or Scrub really well and add to the Ninja Foodi Multicooker.

Cover with the water and close valve to seal.

Step 3
Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.

Step 4
Quick Release the pressure (Vent), open the Ninja Foodi Multicooker carefully and mash the potatoes with a potato masher.

Add the salt, butter, black pepper and milk until the desired consistency is reached.

Add herbs of your choice and mix through.
