This Custard recipe is simple to make – just add your ingredients, blend, and leave to cook in the Ninja Blender & Soup Maker!

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 x 400ml tin full-fat coconut milk
  • 5 egg yolks (free range)
  • 60ml agave nectar or 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add all of the ingredients to the glass pitcher. Secure the lid shut, and select the ‘BLEND’ function, set the speed setting to ‘LOW’. Allow to blend for 1 minute.

  • Step 2

    Select ‘COOK’ function followed by the temperature ‘MED’, cook for 10 minutes then cook for a further 10 minutes on ‘HIGH’. Make sure you ‘PULSE’ every 5 minutes of cooking.

  • Step 3

    Stop the COOK function then hold ‘PULSE’ for 10 seconds. Serve immediately.
