Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 x 400ml tin full-fat coconut milk
- 5 egg yolks (free range)
- 60ml agave nectar or 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Utensils

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the glass pitcher. Secure the lid shut, and select the ‘BLEND’ function, set the speed setting to ‘LOW’. Allow to blend for 1 minute.

Step 2
Select ‘COOK’ function followed by the temperature ‘MED’, cook for 10 minutes then cook for a further 10 minutes on ‘HIGH’. Make sure you ‘PULSE’ every 5 minutes of cooking.

Step 3
Stop the COOK function then hold ‘PULSE’ for 10 seconds. Serve immediately.
