Dragon Fruit Ice Cream

This vibrant Dragon Fruit Ice Cream has a strong vanilla base with a beautifully subtle fruity floral undertone. Gluten, nut, and dairy free this ice cream is suitable for most dietary requirements.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 150g dragon fruit flesh, diced
  • 70g mango flesh, diced
  • 220g coconut double cream
  • 45g light agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Blend together all of the ingredients, in a bullet style blender. Transfer to the ice cream tub and seal with the lid. Freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 2

    Once frozen, remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select ICE CREAM. Once the programme has finished, remove lid and serve immediately with fresh fruit and edible flowers if desired!
